Laozi's Perspectives on Innovations 向老子学创新

Abstract

The basic concept of innovation was embedded in Laozi’s theory of the universe: the complementarity of full and empty, or, of real and virtue. In this lecture, the speaker will highlight Laozi’s view on 3 aspects of innovation: the source, the implementation and the sustainability. Contrary to many pundits, Laozi was a do-er, a pragmatist, and a commoner who shed the most uncommon light on diversity and leadership of mankind.
