Embodied Intelligence (Physical AI) and Robot - from Coevolution and Self-organization
There are many ways to make research and development of physical AI robotic systems. Focusing on “Embodied Intelligence and Robot” here based on the coevolution and self-organization capabilities, aims on solving the Mega-Trend problems. Embodied Intelligence is intelligence not simply from the brain but to emerge from the interaction between body, its sensor and actuators and environment. These ideas come from the basis of the Cellular Robot System (CEBOT) which was studied for the last 40 years. There are new and challenging programs and projects aiming at the AI robotic system in future. Some of the research projects for realization of the future robots in various fields will be illustrated by back-casting technologies from 2050 to the current ones. It is important to have new ideas for the Embodied Intelligent (physical AI) robots rather than not only applications of conventional AI.

He is widely recognized as a pioneer and leader in the field of biomedical micro/nano manipulation robotics. He pioneered carbon nanotube micro/nano manipulation techniques and conducted research on nanosensors and nanoactuators, laying the foundation for the development of micro/nano robotic manipulation systems.
