Culture Day

On the afternoon of April 15, Culture Day themed The Art of Kite was successfully held by the Office of Student Affairs. Over 20 students gathered together to share their local kite cultures and assemble, paint, and fly their kites.

After the sharing session on the kite culture in China, Thailand and South Korea, all students assembled and decorated kites with paintings and drawings. At about 3 p.m., they went to fly the kites on the football field.

Through kits, this activity provides students with a platform for cultural exchange, thus narrowing the distance between Chinese and international students. In cultural collision and integration, students can not only appreciate different cultures but also enhance their understanding of each other as well as develop valuable friendships.
