One Stop Service Center serves as an integrated center that provides students and staff with convenient and efficient services. It offers both online and offline access to appointment scheduling, enquiries and business handling.

Located on the 5C of the first floor, the Center is divided into several functional areas, including counter service area, 24-hour self-service area, and waiting area. Currently, the Center offers three major types of services, including student affairs, logistics services, and IT services, covering various issues such as accommodation, campus card, student booklet, student activities, security, IT support, feedback and lost and found.

With the ongoing development of the Center, it aims to expand its service to provide more comprehensive and all-around services for students and faculty across the campus.

Service Hours

Counter Service: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm(except for public holiday)

Self-service: 24 hours *7
