What is Counseling?

Everyone faces various challenges at different stages of their lives. Mental health counseling can help to develop awareness of ourselves and our family, discover and make the best use of resources around us, embrace existing feelings, unleash shackled energies, explore more possibilities, learn to respect individual circumstances and choices, or create new meaning.

Counseling services cover a wide range of topics, such as personal life, study, work, interpersonal relationships, romantic relationships, family, career, personal growth, and so on. Counselors can also help with mood, behavior and mental health disorders related issues.
