Ms. Guimei Li worked for HKUST Fok Ying Tung Research Institute since 2010. In FYTRI, she has been in charge of the administrative management of finance, human resources, procurement and campus services. Ms. Guimei Li participated in the establishment and start-up of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) since 2019, and officially joined HKUST(GZ) from November 2020 as Director of Office of Administrative Resources, Deputy Director of Office of Assets Management, and head of Finance Department. Ms. Guimei Li is responsible for finance, human resources, procurement and logistics support, leading the establishment of university administrative management regulations and systems.
